| Welcome to the online area of Edition Strong Fems. The amazon myth, i.e. the fascination of and fascination with (physically) strong women is to be continued here by way of modern communication means. Apart from the athletes, the focus is on photography as artistic medium and communication form. You can view photo series by various professional photographers expressing different photo- graphic realizations of the fascination of (and with) physically strong women. Athletes from various areas of strength and combat sports were selected for the shootings. Athletes from competitive sports (some of them top sportswomen) and ladies from the amateur sector are equally represented.
